Account Executive (Business Development Representative)

Position Overview:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established organization in the Harford County area to fill an Account Executive position. As a key member of the sales team, you will focus on building and nurturing relationships with key accounts and end-users, driving sales growth while serving as a brand ambassador. Your proactive approach will be crucial in identifying and developing new business leads, capitalizing on market opportunities, and providing exceptional support to both current and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new business leads through networking, research, and outreach efforts to expand our client base.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and end-users, ensuring exceptional service and support to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, driving revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for business development and account management.
  • Client Support: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on sales activities, account status, and pipeline management to ensure transparency and accountability.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a business development, sales support, or account management role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with strategic thinking abilities to identify and seize market opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • A team player with a collaborative spirit and a passion for driving results.

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.

Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
