Requirements
  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience in Information Technology
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Ability to learn quickly and carry out assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Establish and continuously improve processes to adapt to a constantly evolving environment
  • Proven time management and organization
  • Working knowledge of applications and processes
  • Ability to execute multiple assignments by required deadlines
  • Experience with identifying and escalating issues
  • Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Possess a global perspective on the business and impacts to other business units
  • Understand and mitigate risk
  • Collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and escalate issues appropriately
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Degree in a related area
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, ITSM, Microsoft related, PMP, or others are a plus
