Job Summary

Chenega Corporation is seeking a highly skilled GFEBS Plant Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for utilizing and managing GFEBS on a military installation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage GFEBS as a DPW Contractor PM Master Data Maintainer
  • Utilize GFEBS as a DPW Contractor Preventive Maintenance Controller
  • Process GR data in GFEBS
  • Maintain physical inventory in GFEBS
  • Manage PM material requirement planning in GFEBS
  • Approve and maintain PM orders in GFEBS
  • Report PM data in GFEBS
  • Provide time and labor data reporting for GFEBS
  • Maintain records, files, and logs, and type general correspondence as required
  • Ensure effective internal controls to assure maintenance of GFEBS
  • Supervise assigned staff
Qualifications
  • High school equivalent required
  • State-issued driver's license
  • Minimum five years' experience as an Office Manager, Office Operations, or related fields
  • Minimum two years' experience with FARS, DFARS, and other federal regulatory guidance, laws, and requirements preferred
  • Minimum one year of successfully utilizing GFEBS on a military installation, specifically dealing with Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and projects
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
  • Working knowledge of computers and ability to use commercial software programs such as Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Teams, Word, and Excel
  • High degree of proficiency in assigned function and attention to details
  • Ability to answer multiple telephone lines
  • Type or perform data entry activities at 45 wpm with minimal mistakes, preferred
  • Maintain neat and orderly files
  • Ability to read, write, and receive written and/or verbal instructions in English
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for interfacing with military and civilian customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use computer manuals to perform system administration functions
  • Ability to use forms and databases to provide monthly CDRL reports to the Government
  • Ability to greet visitors and ascertain the nature of their business and direct them accordingly
  • Ability to use good judgment and common sense when performing job functions
