  • Ensure proper coding and prioritization of service orders and work orders.
  • Provide oversight for the proper processing of service orders into GFEBS, including correct tracking of the account processing code.
  • Supervise data input into GFEBS.
  • Maintain responsibility for employees assigned to work order data input.
  • Work closely with IT to ensure proper data retrieval for reports prepared for the Government.
  • Prepare weekly contract deliverables and maintain suspense files.
  • Direct the collection and maintenance of work document files and other data to track the work performed and to evaluate responsiveness, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency of resource utilization.
  • Adjust fiscal year OWOs with Military Interdepartmental PR accountability for reimbursable customers.
  • Capture cost requirements for subcontractor PRs and purchase orders on DMOs and OWO related documents in GFEBS maintenance files.
  • Prepare and process fiscal year projected OWOs and PWOs using Facilities Engineering Work Request DA 4283 and submitting for Government approval.
  • Correct Cost File errors.
  • Maintain the Master Controlled Document File with current updates.
  • Maintain accountability for supply requisitions for work control.
  • Train/update service order dispatchers with procedure changes and requirements.
  • Receive and process dig permits, maintaining files required to update UPCs website.
  • Enter and maintain the Employee files into GFEBS.
  • Submit workload data requirements monthly.
", "Qualifications": "Minimum Qualifications
  • Must possess a working knowledge of GFEBS with a minimum of three practical experience specifically dealing with property, plant, and 2 additional years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in building maintenance preferred.
  • Minimum high school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must have completed and mastered the following modules in GFEBS:
  • PM Master Data Maintainer
  • Preventive Maintenance Controller
  • Physical Inventory Maintainer
  • Material Requirement Planning Maintainer
  • Plant Maintenance Order Approver
  • Plant Maintenance Order Maintainer
  • Plant Maintenance Reporter
  • Goods Receipt (GR) Processor.
  • Must have 5 years of minimum experience managing work control processes and systems on a military (preferably Army) installation, including at least 2 years of experience overseeing personnel performing work reception, processing, tracking, and closeout functions.
  • Secret clearance Required.
