Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Manager - Self Storage to join our team at Public Storage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer storage needs and provide personalized recommendations for storage solutions
  • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability
  • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Work independently at multiple locations and spend time both inside and outside
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and walk in/around facilities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
