Job Overview

Direct Quote is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Customer Service Manager. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for critical business accounts, fostering a positive working relationship and addressing client concerns.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in account management, with a proven track record of developing new business opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee customer account management, including developing new business and negotiating agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quotas while maintaining client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet customer needs and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Some travel may be required for this role.
