About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Director to join our team at West Coast University. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of student affairs programs and services that promote student engagement, student development, and student success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance student engagement and student success
  • Oversee the development and implementation of student affairs programs and services
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure alignment with academic goals and objectives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to student affairs staff
  • Develop and manage budgets for student affairs programs and services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Education, Administration, Business Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in student affairs or higher education administration
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
