About the Role

The Legal Assistant plays a vital role in providing essential administrative support to the legal team, focusing on client communication and data organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys and representatives in managing client cases and legal documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both Spanish and English, coordinate appointments, process fees, and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform various clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in legal assistance, specifically in immigration law.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
