Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Compliance IT Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the success of our new Health Care Company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take IT responsibility for all SpinCo Trade Compliance IT platforms
  • Work across the function to ensure successful and timely exit from relevant TSA's (Transitional Service Agreements)
  • Engage in the global cross-functional blueprinting of the new ERP eco-system to drive realization, work to include: learning ERP solution functionality; alignment of business requirements with system capabilities; process design, proof of concept, input to functional design development that compliments technical capabilities of the system, and development testing.
  • Support the Go-Live and System Stabilization activities during deployment.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to develop value propositions and prioritize the development of future solution capabilities.
  • Manage vendor relationships including estimating requirements, providing work direction and holding vendors accountable.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and Five (5) years of experience in IT project management, system deployment or system support in a private, public, government or military environment
  • OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of (14) years of experience in IT project management, system deployment or system support.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with designing, developing, supporting and deploying trade compliance solutions
  • Experience managing third party software providers.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading global or regional, complex IT system implementations.
  • Familiar with systems running our HCBG supply chain.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud technology.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, resources, and risks effectively.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and lead cross-functional teams.
