Quality Compliance Coordinator Role

At Twin City Staffing, we are seeking a Quality Compliance Coordinator to manage nonconformance issues, assist with customer returns, and ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong technical background who is passionate about maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage nonconformance reports and corrective actions
  • Oversee customer returns and documentation
  • Implement inspection procedures for manufacturing
  • Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
  • Work with suppliers on quality audits
  • Assist with calibration programs

Requirements:

  • Degree in a technical field or 5 years of related experience
  • AS/ISO knowledge, AS9100 auditing experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred
  • Metal stamping experience a plus
