Regulatory Compliance Specialist

The National Guard Employment Network is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Regulatory Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our BI Product Filing & Regulatory Department, you will be responsible for managing the development, submission, negotiation, and approval of rate, rule, and form filings in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare rule, rate, and form filings to achieve business unit objectives and gain regulatory approval.
- Manage the communication and negotiation of filings with state insurance departments in a timely manner.
- Apply problem-solving techniques to assist business unit personnel when responding to regulatory issues.
- Review and analyze state insurance department statutes, regulations, bulletins, etc. to determine filing and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of work experience in filings, compliance, or related fields.
- High School Diploma and 4 years of related work experience in filings, compliance, or related fields.
