At United Family Medicine, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Compliance Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for collaborating with the Chief Operating Officer and Medical Director to build systems that support an environment of continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and clinical quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, with experience in ambulatory care settings. They will be responsible for developing and providing oversight for the compliance program, ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and other regulatory requirements.

The Quality and Compliance Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with the Medical Director to develop and deploy the annual risk and quality plan, pulling and synthesizing quality and productivity data in a way that is digestible and actionable for leadership, providers, and staff.

Additionally, the candidate will manage compliance software and training program, including new hires and annual required trainings, facilitate monthly compliance and quality meetings, and provide project management for all RFPs.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare quality measures and related processes, as well as experience with designing and executing analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and initiatives to improve quality.

They will also have the ability to explain health care quality measures and related processes in layman's terms, and have a strong understanding of clinic operations, electronic health systems, and other data sources.

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Health Analytics, Health Care Administration, Healthcare Economics, or a related field is required, with ~1-2 years of ambulatory care operations experience, preferably in an FQHC.

The work environment is a clinic office setting, with possible exposure to communicable disease and medical preparations common to clinic environment. The successful candidate will be required to receive the annual flu vaccination before their start date.
