Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with trade show organizers to review and communicate show details and sponsorship opportunities.
- Overseeing inventory, repairs, and logistics from the main office.
- Maintaining an annual calendar of events and ensuring internal communication regarding scheduling.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, registration, and accommodations for trade shows.
- Facilitating on-site logistics at events, including booth setup and breakdown, furniture arrangements, electricity access, lead retrieval equipment rentals, labor management, and promotional materials.
- Assisting in budget oversight and post-event return on investment analysis.
- Creating pre- and post-event marketing communications.
- Working with the marketing team to develop engaging promotional materials that align with corporate standards.
- Documenting event processes and procedures for future reference.
- Contributing to the development of new events and programs, including regional meetings and focus groups.
- Supporting webinars, case studies, and additional marketing campaigns.
- Assisting with various marketing initiatives as required.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
- Experience in marketing or event planning is preferred.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, along with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated integrity and discretion when managing confidential information.
- Capability to work on-site as needed for logistics management; ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours to support event activities is essential.
- A valid U.S. driver's license is necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in B2B or B2G marketing is advantageous.
