Your Future Role: Upon successful completion of the Graduate Training Program, you will step into the role of an Associate Account Manager, focusing on Systems, Services, or Controls.

As an Associate Account Manager, you will:

  • Market a comprehensive range of efficient HVAC equipment and building management solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and developers in the design and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services tailored to client needs.

Compensation: The base salary for this position is $73,000, with additional benefits during the training period. Post-program compensation will include performance-based incentives, providing an uncapped earning potential.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering (all disciplines are welcome).
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
