We are seeking an Office Administrator to support the success of Cullum Construction, llc. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
