Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Worker is a key role at NAPA Auto Parts, responsible for maintaining physical inventory through the classification process. This involves pulling overages and preparing shipments to be returned to the distribution center. The ideal candidate will have self-motivation, attention to detail, and extensive problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quarterly physical inventory class pulls to return to the distribution center
• Read and understand generated pull reports provided by the central office
• Utilize a scanner to collect and report pulled quantities
• Palatize pulled physical inventory and prepare for shipment
• Coordinate with managers to report inventory findings and activities
• Assist stores with inventory control procedures
• Investigate and find solutions for inventory discrepancies
Requirements:
• Valid Driver's License required
• Previous inventory experience preferred
• High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
• Proficient problem-solving and investigatory skills
• Capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers
• Proficient attention to detail, accuracy
• Self-motivated
Working Conditions:
• Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift
• Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds
• Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
