Job DescriptionKeilty Remodeling LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with construction industry software such as Buildertrend, Hub Spot, and Matterport.

Responsibilities include:

* Gathering and entering demographic information into Buildertrend or Hub Spot
* Attending field measures with Design Consultants, taking notes, and compiling scope of work
* Compiling bid packages and releasing them to subcontractors for initial proposals
* Creating and releasing final job binders for signature with owner invoices for deposits
* Creating jobs from lead proposals in Buildertrend
* Inputting selections into Buildertrend for clients
* Creating purchase orders
* Purchasing from Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon, etc. for jobs
* Entering and assigning invoices to jobs
* Entering and assigning receipts to jobs
* Inputting weekly invoices in Buildertrend and tying them to schedule items
* Sending out surveys to subs and clients at project completion

Requirements:

* General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Knowledge of construction industry software (Buildertrend, Hub Spot, Matterport, MagicPlan, Payocity) preferred but not required
* Computer skills and good understanding of Excel data entry
* Willingness to learn construction industry software
