Job Title: Inside Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team at Hoffman Hydronics. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing collective accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage collective accounts and provide high-level customer service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date on current market pricing and competitive analysis
  • Process and enter sales orders and quotations into CRM
  • Utilize industry databases to research and find upcoming jobs to bid
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure timely project management
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and technical expertise
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • 2 or more years of experience in the HVAC industry preferred but not required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Inside Sales/Account Executive/Product Management)
  • Strong sales presence and ability to develop lasting relationships
  • Detail-oriented, professional attitude, and reliable
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
Working Conditions:

Normal office environment with moderate lifting and occasional travel required.
