Qualifications:

  • 2-3 Years of Direct Experience: 2-3 years of direct experience working within automotive franchise dealer service departments, preferably in roles such as service director or high-end service advisor.
  • Proven Track Record of Success: Proven track record of success in enterprise-level consultative sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Understanding of Software Platforms: Understanding of software platforms used in dealership service departments is preferred.
  • Strong Understanding of Manufacturer Requirements: Strong understanding of manufacturer requirements, particularly in relation to mileage-based services.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions effectively.
  • Self-Motivated and Drive for Continuous Learning: Self-motivated, with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
