Position Overview:
In this pivotal leadership role within the Retail Services Finance team, you will oversee the CitiPay and Connected Commerce Portfolio.

You will also analyze investment opportunities and marketing campaigns aimed at the strategic expansion of the DLOC and MIL portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide financial leadership in collaboration with management and cross-functional teams.
2. Formulate and implement strategies for profitable growth and capital optimization across various portfolios, including investment opportunities and marketing initiatives.
3. Deliver insights and recommendations to enhance profitability across new and existing accounts, products, and promotions.
4. Lead pricing strategies for new promotions and product offerings.
5. Prepare and present key financial reports to senior management and business teams.

6. Facilitate communication with partners to align on planning efforts, promotional calendars, growth strategies, and financial reviews.

Business Control Management:
Oversee the department's Business Control efforts, including RCSA, Sox/EUC compliance, and audit requests.
Analyze portfolio and product performance, providing recommendations for improved returns and customer engagement.
Conduct additional financial analyses as required to support business objectives.
Participate in business planning activities, including Annual Plans, Quarterly Outlooks, and Monthly Business Reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
- Over 10 years of financial leadership experience, preferably in credit card finance.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and teamwork skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Proven leadership abilities.
Location:
This position is primarily based in Atlanta, with occasional travel required.
