Your Role:

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be the mastermind behind our product marketing strategy, concentrating on our sophisticated real-time development platform and our app optimization service known as PubNub Illuminate. You will spearhead market research for our offerings across various sectors and develop marketing strategies that align closely with our vision of fostering a connected world and our mission to transform real-time experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate detailed go-to-market strategies that embody our dedication to customer satisfaction, showcasing our innovative products and exceptional user experiences.
  • Encourage innovation by persistently pursuing improved, more effective, and refined solutions in product marketing.
  • Act decisively, translating concepts into significant outcomes that resonate with both developers and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across departments, ensuring our brand story and product messaging celebrate excellence and the potential of our offerings.
  • Maintain an optimistic perspective, emphasizing how our products address challenges and contribute to a more interconnected world.
  • Promote a culture of transparent communication, ensuring all marketing activities are thoroughly documented and insights are shared and utilized effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A BS/BA degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience in B2B technical product marketing, ideally within the technology or real-time communication sectors. A minimum of 3 years of experience marketing to developers (tools, platforms, etc.).
  • A proven history of crafting marketing strategies that resonate with both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, adept at leading data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
