Esta persona reporta directamente al Gerente de Finanzas y Contabilidad. El Analista Financiero Senior es responsable de la conciliación, informes, análisis y otras funciones contables.

REQUISITOS Y CONDICIONES

  • Educación: Título universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas o campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo dos años de experiencia laboral en contabilidad de libros generales, contabilidad de costos, activos fijos, conciliaciones y preparación y análisis de estados financieros.
  • Habilidades, Conocimientos, Capacidades: Conocimientos informáticos con habilidades promedio a avanzadas en el uso de productos de Microsoft Office. Se prefiere experiencia en ERP.

  • Condiciones/Entorno de Trabajo: Principalmente en entornos de oficina con exposición ocasional a condiciones de taller sin calefacción central o aire acondicionado.

RESPONSABILIDADES Y DEBERES DEL TRABAJO

Responsabilidades:

  • Asegurar un cierre mensual oportuno y preciso, adherirse a los principios de contabilidad generalmente aceptados en EE. UU. (US GAAP), mantener y actualizar registros contables, y realizar informes financieros consistentes y análisis de variaciones.
  • Responsable de las entradas de diario para el balance general, ingresos, gastos, movimientos diarios de efectivo/banco y actividades intercompañía. Asistir en la producción y análisis de estados financieros y otros informes ad hoc.
  • Identificar, investigar, analizar e informar sobre variaciones respecto a períodos anteriores y presupuestos.
  • Actualizar conciliaciones de efectivo diarias, proyecciones de efectivo y utilización de líneas de crédito. Conciliar estados de cuenta bancarios y cuentas del libro mayor.
  • Calcular y procesar comisiones de ventas mensuales. Procesar nómina quincenal.
  • Otras responsabilidades contables incluyen prepagos, amortización, inventario, adiciones y disposiciones de activos fijos, depreciación, registro y acumulación de gastos, seguimiento e informes de impuestos sobre ventas y uso, rendición de propiedades e informes de impuestos sobre propiedades, y actualización de otros libros y cronogramas según se asigne.
  • Servir como respaldo para cuentas por cobrar y cuentas por pagar.
  • Proteger y salvaguardar la información confidencial de la empresa.
  • Asistir en el desarrollo, revisión y mantenimiento de procesos, procedimientos, instrucciones de trabajo y directrices.
  • Realizar otras tareas y deberes según se asignen.
