Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Oversight: Monitor and analyze project expenditures, ensuring they align with the established budget while identifying opportunities for cost optimization.

  • Financial Reporting: Generate detailed financial reports, including variance analyses and cash flow statements, and present these findings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Document and report on project modifications, ensuring all financial implications are accurately captured.
  • Contract Oversight: Partner with procurement teams to manage vendor contracts, ensuring adherence to financial stipulations.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with construction management tools is advantageous.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on managing complex financial data.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of precision in financial reporting and cost tracking.
