Your Role as a BCBA Clinical Director:
As the clinical counterpart to the Operations Manager, you will help lead the center and make key operational decisions.
You will mentor and inspire a team of BCBAs and RBTs while managing a caseload of three clients.
Responsible for clinical quality training and compliance, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using designated tools.
Gather data and develop tailored treatment plans for each child.
Provide a minimum of 15 treatment hours weekly for your clients.
Offer consistent family guidance.
Collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals committed to ABC's core values.
Assist with client intakes, discharges, and transition planning.

Qualifications for BCBA Clinical Director:
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a minimum of three years of post-certification experience.
A genuine passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
A strong commitment to leadership and team support.
