We are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the management of assigned projects, typically handling a significant project or multiple smaller initiatives with intricate features. You may also lead a team of engineers and technicians while actively contributing to business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make critical design recommendations and decisions with minimal guidance from senior management;
  • Plan and coordinate design tasks across all project sizes, delegating responsibilities to team members;
  • Review documentation prepared by junior staff;
  • Engage in quality assurance processes for projects;
Technical Path:
  • Provide leadership within our Technical Operations Team for various projects;
  • Serve as a consultant, analyzing technical challenges and drafting reports;
  • Participate significantly in project evaluations for quality assurance on complex assignments;
  • Offer technical support to resolve field issues, requiring site visits and independent problem-solving.
Project Management Path:
  • Act as Project Manager for large-scale projects or multiple smaller endeavors;
  • Identify potential clients, assist in marketing strategies, and prepare service proposals;
  • Consistently generate new business opportunities and engage in client presentations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in the technical aspects of electrical engineering;
  • Ability to mentor and inspire team members;
  • Proficiency in conducting final quality control checks in your area of expertise;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with individuals and groups.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering;
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience;
  • Professional Engineer license.
