Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

CMTA Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the electrical systems, power distribution, lighting and lighting controls, emergency power, UPS, and renewable energy systems for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and specify electrical systems, power distribution, and lighting controls for energy-efficient buildings and complex infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on MEP design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Massachusetts PE registration required.
  • Experience with project management, business development, and client relationships.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT.
