Overview:

Mindlance is seeking a skilled Technology Project Coordinator to oversee IT initiatives and facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders involved in the Online Traffic Adjudication (OTA) programs.

This role will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle from inception to execution, ensuring effective tracking of progress and assisting with necessary reporting and related project tasks.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing multiple medium to large-scale projects.
  • Proven expertise in developing project strategies, timelines, and schedules.
  • Strong ability to lead, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget while achieving high user satisfaction and quality standards.
  • Proficient in applying various project management principles and techniques, including the ability to create and monitor complex project plans, manage risks, scope, and resources.
  • Experience in overseeing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Proven ability to manage intricate relationships among clients and stakeholders on projects with significant executive oversight.
  • Familiarity with product development methodologies.
  • Experience in building partnerships among diverse stakeholders.
  • Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Knowledgeable in full life cycle systems design, development, and deployment principles.
  • Capable of setting clear objectives, responsibilities, and providing measurable performance feedback.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to decompose complex concepts into manageable components.
  • Ability to assess and evaluate alternative solutions, including their costs and benefits.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of addressing both technical and non-technical audiences, including the creation and presentation of executive summaries to leadership teams.
  • Experience in managing technical projects, including conflict resolution, issue escalation, status reporting, and resource management.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for diverse audiences, including the development and delivery of executive summaries to management and technical committees.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Project, and Visio.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recent experience within the Judicial Sector, particularly with projects of a similar nature.
  • Familiarity with Court Case Management Systems.
  • Subject matter expertise in Traffic Court processes.
  • Samples of relevant work such as technical implementation plans, roadmaps, user documentation, test plans, scope of work, and project summary sheets are highly desirable.
  • Certified Project Manager (PMP) with Agile/Scrum training and certification.
