As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will serve as the Recruitment Subject Matter Expert, fostering positive relationships and enhancing candidate and client engagement throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating the talent landscape, attracting skilled candidates, and aligning top talent with our clients.
  • Overseeing and executing the complete recruitment process as per client specifications.
  • Effectively managing a substantial requisition load with success.
  • Operating within a comprehensive recruiting framework.
  • Identifying and addressing potential challenges and risks.
  • Regularly collaborating with client partners to assess candidates, share market insights, refine strategies, set expectations, and facilitate hiring decisions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing a high-volume requisition load effectively.
  • Confidence in navigating a Full Life Cycle Recruiting environment.
  • Ability to source and attract passive candidates.
  • Experience in identifying and mitigating potential challenges and risks.
  • Familiarity with various Applicant Tracking Systems and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable in a data-driven environment; consistently meeting or exceeding outlined performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting for multiple roles within a manufacturing context.
  • Excellent communication skills with adaptable interpersonal, consultative, and negotiation abilities.

We seek candidates with a minimum of 4+ years of recruitment experience. RPO and/or corporate recruiting experience is highly valued. Candidates must be willing to work onsite.
