Position Overview: Vibra Healthcare is in search of a Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the provision of high-quality care to patients.
- Drive the development of new business opportunities.
- Manage and supervise staff while ensuring financial performance meets targets.
- Balance daily operational challenges with strategic growth initiatives to ensure sustainable long-term success.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; a combination of academic, clinical, and operational experience may be considered.
- A minimum of three (3) years in healthcare administration or management, with a focus on operations, human resources, or finance.
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, CMS, and Joint Commission regulatory standards is required.
- Proven track record of financial performance and exceptional clinical care.
- Experience in recruiting and developing talent, as well as fostering relationships within the medical community.
- A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to travel as necessary.
