The ideal candidate will deliver excellence in customer service to agents, insureds, claimants, and other business partners for billing inquiries. Key responsibilities include responding to agents and insured billing inquiries, processing payments, and completing tasks with the billing and finance departments.

This position will be based in Omaha, NE, and will be hybrid after 6 months. The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to work independently and organize time and resources to handle multiple priorities, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to agents, insureds, claimants, and other business partners for billing inquiries.
  • Respond to level one and two inquiries via phone or email as permitted by Company guidelines.
  • Participate in the testing of computer applications and report errors in the software.
  • Act as the first point of contact with agency and insured customers via telephone, email, or other communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent.
  • Ability to do basic math.
  • 1-2 years of related customer service work experience.
