Client Service Representative

The Client Service Specialist will serve as a key partner with the sales team and primary contact for all external customer support. This role is responsible for contract entry, management, and order fulfillment, as well as timely entry for invoicing and payment processing.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries to resolve problems and communicate solutions or requested information to the customer.
- Contract Management: Analyze a customer's order needs and coordinate with internal departments to execute fulfillment.
- Order Fulfillment: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization, services, and processes to resolve more complex inquiries.
- Logistics Coordination: Work directly with customers to ensure a smooth process in receiving product.
- Problem Solving: Work with internal stakeholders and external customers to problem solve logistics, quality concerns, and scheduling.
- Communication: Provide support to the sales team including contract entry, reports, management, and execution.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuous communication with operations, logistics and sales team to update and coordinate order schedule.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Agribusiness or related field preferred.
- Skills: Excellent customer service with internal and external customers, strong mathematical and computation skills, pay excellent attention to details, intermediate Excel skills and experience with other Microsoft Office products.
- Communication: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and be task driven, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enjoys troubleshooting issues.
- Teamwork: Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external customers, ability to work with urgency and deadlines, good time management skills, ability to multi-task and to prioritize different requests, good organization skills.
