Your Impact:

We are seeking a dedicated Program Management Specialist who thrives in a dynamic setting and is passionate about overseeing processes to ensure the delivery of top-notch products. You will play a crucial role in facilitating the workflow for our engineering teams, ensuring that we meet our commitments while maintaining high standards of quality. Your leadership style is rooted in trust, transparency, and a commitment to serving your team and the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with product, design, operations, engineering, and other departments to effectively manage product requirements through the intake process.
  • Oversee program status reporting for product roadmap initiatives within your area that are in the pre-development phase.
  • Adapt to evolving conditions and adjust project execution plans as necessary while managing the intake for multiple programs.
  • Proactively identify and address risks and issues, communicating these effectively to stakeholders.
  • Recognize obstacles and facilitate their resolution.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for various projects and programs.
  • Establish and uphold best practices for requirements intake processes within the engineering teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing technical program management teams in a software environment.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while successfully managing multiple projects.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering processes, lifecycle methodologies, configuration management, release management, and system verification and testing.
  • Must possess the legal right to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

At AdsWizz, we consider a variety of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. The expected salary range for this position is competitive and will depend on your skills and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
