Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations in the US and internationally.
  • Develop and implement international tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance.
  • Work closely with business partners to resolve international tax issues and provide assistance on the development and implementation of company-wide international planning initiatives.
  • Support the development of international principal company structure, legal entity rationalization projects, and other international reorganizations.
  • Research and monitor issues and changes in international tax, including modeling to quantify local tax and US international tax impact.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of global transfer pricing strategy and policies, including the review and maintenance of transfer pricing studies.
  • Coordinate and manage international tax strategies with external tax advisors.
  • Assist with management and coordination of international tax audits.
Requirements
  • CPA or equivalent qualification.
  • 5+ years of international tax experience.
  • Strong international tax planning and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess great project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong organization skills, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
