  1. Value Stream Leadership: Collaborate with fellow Value Stream leads to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction through active participation in value stream events and process optimization initiatives.
  2. Project Management: Define and execute project activities, including scope definition, planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting, while ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
  3. Technical Guidance: Utilize your knowledge of software development processes to guide project planning and execution, adhering to industry best practices.
  4. Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain project documentation and metrics to track progress and ensure transparency.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to clarify expectations and facilitate collaboration.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering complex software projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical issues into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in large-scale SaaS environments.
  • Customer-centric approach to project management.
  • Proficiency with project management tools.
