Client Support Specialist

Nexeo Staffing is in search of a dedicated and empathetic individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This position focuses on assisting clients in managing their outstanding financial obligations with professionalism and understanding. Our mission is to provide effective payment solutions while adhering to all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound communications to clients with overdue accounts.
- Utilize various communication methods including voicemail, email, and text to engage with clients.
- Perform skip tracing to gather necessary contact and employment information through online research.
- Prepare and file documentation for legal proceedings when required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve successful collection results.
- Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
- Utilize proprietary software and tools to manage client accounts effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service environments.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and managing a client portfolio.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software and internal systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Must successfully complete an initial background screening.
- Students are encouraged to apply, especially those available for an extended period.
Compensation
$15.00 per hour
Work Schedule
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
Part-Time | Flexible, 25-30 hours per week between 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
