Job Overview

Salary: $15-$17 per hour + commission

IWorQ Systems is an innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) company dedicated to empowering government entities with advanced communication tools. We are on the lookout for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to become a vital part of our expanding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in connecting with prospective clients, fostering relationships, and arranging meetings to demonstrate the benefits of our solutions. Each SDR has the potential to advance into an Account Executive position.

Work Environment: In-person

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 65-95 outreach calls daily to potential clients
  • Identify and assess leads through effective dialogue and attentive listening
  • Schedule meetings with key stakeholders to present IWorQ Systems' offerings
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives
  • Maintain precise records of all sales and prospecting activities in our CRM system
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitors, and our product range
  • Exhibit a strong willingness to learn and develop within the company
  • Achieve a minimum of 3-5 demonstrations daily to forward to sales managers
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable with a high volume of calls
  • Eagerness to learn and openness to constructive feedback
  • High energy, self-driven, and results-focused
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic startup environment
  • Strong ambition for professional growth
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Compensation:
  • $15 - $17 per hour
  • Bonus for completed demos: $10 per demo with proposal sent
  • Commission: 7% on Annual Recurring Fee for demos that close
Work Schedule:
  • Full-time: Monday to Friday
