Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Vocational Rehabilitation and other state agencies to facilitate competitive job placements for individuals with disabilities.
- Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure job retention and success in their roles.
- Empower individuals by helping them gain independence through meaningful employment opportunities.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience or education in developmental disabilities or a related field.
- Background in sales or marketing is advantageous.
- A genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities or special needs.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid Driver's License.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
- Reliable personal vehicle for transportation purposes, with an acceptable driving record and current automobile insurance that meets RISE Inc. standards.
