The Redland Bay SES Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Tradesperson - Construction Support Specialist to become an integral part of our team.

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for fostering effective communication with personnel across various levels, including Trade Staff, Trade Coordinators, Trade Supervisors, and external contractors. Your role will ensure that all tasks are executed in compliance with established standards while minimizing any disruption to operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless workflow.
  • Work independently under the guidance of the Trade Coordinator and Trade Supervisor, ensuring that all deadlines, specifications, and quality benchmarks are consistently achieved.
