Position Overview: ADP is in search of a Sales Consultant specializing in Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Business Growth: Focus on achieving sales objectives within a designated territory by employing a strategic sales methodology.
  • Build Lasting Client Relationships: Convert prospects into loyal clients by recommending tailored solutions that address their unique business challenges. Additionally, foster referral business through networking with current and potential clients.
  • Enhance ADP Network Relationships: In addition to promoting cloud-based HR solutions, collaborate with other ADP associates to expand business within existing accounts.
  • Engage in Collaborative Efforts: Act as a trusted advisor and representative of ADP, maintaining professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Self-Motivated and Resilient: Maintain a positive attitude and the ability to make cold calls without fear of rejection. Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proven Sales Achiever: Demonstrate a strong background in B2B sales with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Goal-Oriented: Thrive under pressure and consistently surpass sales expectations.

A college degree is beneficial but not essential. Relevant experience can substitute for formal education, including:

  • Three years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a field sales environment.
  • A military background, which provides skills in teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and relationship building.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in leveraging social media for sales networking.
