About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Operations Manager to join our dynamic construction team at Jobot. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all stages of project life cycles, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Coordinate with foremen and supervise construction activities, ensuring project schedules are followed.
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to safety and quality control standards.
  • Oversee the delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to guarantee construction work meets safety and quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure all operations are carried out within allocated budgets.
  • Resolve any problems, issues, or delays that may occur during construction.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a construction Operations Manager or superintendent role.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
  • Proven experience in framing and other specialized construction processes.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
