Job Overview:

We are in search of a highly motivated and seasoned Operations Manager to join our dynamic construction team.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of managing residential construction projects, ensuring quality assurance, and leading high-performing teams.

Focusing on framing, the Operations Manager will oversee the overall direction, completion, and financial success of construction projects while managing multiple sites and their respective foremen.


Key Responsibilities:

As an Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all phases of project life cycles and supervising all construction personnel to achieve project objectives.
  • Implementing and enforcing the company's project management policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Coordinating with Foremen and overseeing all construction activities to ensure adherence to project schedules, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Directing and coordinating subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality control standards.
  • Overseeing the delivery and maintenance of materials and equipment at construction sites.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Managing project budgets and ensuring operations remain within financial constraints.
  • Addressing any issues or delays that arise during construction.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a construction Operations Manager or superintendent role.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, equipment, OSHA regulations, and building codes.
  • Demonstrated experience in framing and other specialized construction methods.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities, with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, focusing on innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
