Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic construction team.

This position is ideal for a professional with a passion for construction, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to advance their career.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of managing residential projects, ensuring quality standards, and leading effective teams.

Focusing on framing, the Operations Manager will oversee the overall direction, completion, and financial performance of construction projects while managing multiple sites and their respective foremen.


As an Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all phases of project life cycles and supervising all construction personnel to meet project objectives.
  • Implementing and upholding the company's project management policies, procedures, and performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborating with Foremen to oversee all construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Coordinating the efforts of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Overseeing the delivery and proper use of materials and equipment at construction sites.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
  • Managing project budgets and ensuring all operations are executed within financial constraints.
  • Addressing any challenges, issues, or delays that arise during construction.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction Operations Manager or superintendent capacity.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, equipment, OSHA regulations, and building codes.
  • Demonstrated experience in framing and other specialized construction techniques.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities, with a proven ability to guide high-performing teams.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently and adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, focusing on innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
