Position Overview

Nutritional Services Assistant

Schedule: FTE 0.6, Variable (Friday+Sat 8hrs 6-2:30p, Sun+Mon 4hrs 3:30-7:30p)

As a Nutritional Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in the creation of meal plans tailored to various dietary needs while assisting the clinical dietitian and dietary technicians. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging with patients to understand their meal preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service in all facets of your role.

Qualifications Required:
  • National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.
  • Washington State Food Handler Permit within 5 days of hire.
  • Experience in direct customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous food service experience in a healthcare environment.
