Position Responsibilities

  • Dishwashing Duties: Responsible for various kitchen tasks including washing pots and dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and storing supplies. Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure sanitation of all kitchen areas.
  • Safety Protocols: Utilize protective gear and follow safety guidelines for cleaning solutions and equipment.
  • Punctuality: Maintain consistent attendance and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Customer Interaction: Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with supervisors, co-workers, and clients.
  • Resident Engagement: Foster positive relationships with residents and facility guests.

Qualifications

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and follow instructions effectively.
  • Must complete training and demonstrate leadership skills independently.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required as per state regulations.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Compliance with health policies is mandatory.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry items, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Must reside within the service area.

Compensation for the Dishwasher position is competitive and based on qualifications, experience, and specific operational needs.
