Role Summary:
The primary objective of this role is to assist clients in effectively adopting, utilizing, and renewing their investments in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Cloud solutions, which encompass SAP Platform, Databases, Data Management, and Analytics.
Our Customer Success Partners (CSPs) engage with leading-edge SAP solutions and support our most strategic SAP BTP Cloud clientele.
In this capacity, you will oversee daily customer interactions from the point of license agreement onward, ensuring a seamless experience for clients regarding product onboarding, use-case identification, project initiation, architectural guidance, project collaboration, post-launch relationship management, and renewal negotiations.
Your role will focus on driving value realization for our clients, proactively engaging them post-sale to maximize their benefits from SAP Business Technology Platform Cloud Solutions.
You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, conducting "To-Be" solution vision workshops, sharing best practices, hosting VIP webinars, and facilitating re-platforming discussions with clients.
Retention will be a key focus as you manage the customer renewal process, executing the entire opportunity-to-win cycle, which includes CRM, pricing, revenue recognition, legal considerations, and forecasting.
Utilizing your relationship-building skills, you will cultivate a network of colleagues and customer-facing personnel to support your assigned accounts, including Account Executives, Product Management, Support, Deals Desk, Implementation Services, and Partners.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a technical software background with exposure to cloud-based platform technologies such as analytics, databases, and/or cloud platforms, enabling them to articulate their value and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of their technical workings.
Additionally, candidates should have the ability to connect technology with business needs and outcomes, clearly articulating the value a specific solution can deliver to achieve business objectives.
Experience with SAP cloud solutions, including SAP BTP, SAP HANA Databases (Cloud), SAP BUILD, and SAP Analytics Cloud is advantageous.
Strong communication (both oral and written), presentation, program management, and organizational skills are essential, ideally in a customer-facing context. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT industry is required, with backgrounds in Software Engineering, Development Management, Project/Product Management, Pre-sales, Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Preferred Care, Consulting, etc.
Compensation Transparency:
SAP believes in the importance of pay transparency as a means to foster an honest and supportive culture, reflecting our commitment to pay equity.
We provide an annualized compensation range that includes base salary and variable incentive targets for the applicable career level.
The targeted combined range for this position is $75,000 - $97,700 (USD). The actual offer will be determined based on various factors, including education, skills, experience, role scope, and location, as assessed during the selection process.
Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, with actual payouts dependent on both company and individual performance.
