Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Partner for the Business Technology Platform, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients effectively adopt and maximize their investment in SAP solutions. This includes areas such as Application Development, Integration, Data Analytics, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Managing customer interactions from the moment of contract signing.
- Facilitating product onboarding and identifying use cases.
- Providing guidance on project initiation, architecture, and governance.
- Overseeing post-launch relationship management and renewal discussions.
Value Realization:
In this position, you will be instrumental in driving value for our customers, ensuring they derive maximum benefit from their Business Technology Platform investment. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, conducting architecture workshops, sharing best practices, and leading discussions on re-platforming.
Retention Focus:
Your role will also involve managing the customer renewal process, executing the entire opportunity-to-win cycle, including aspects such as CRM, pricing, revenue recognition, legal, and forecasting.
Collaboration:
Utilizing your relationship-building skills, you will establish a network of colleagues and customer-facing personnel to support your assigned accounts, including Account Executives, Product Management, Support, and Implementation Services.
Team Dynamics:
The BTP Customer Success Partner team is dedicated to mutual support and success. We foster a culture of sharing best practices and leveraging communication tools to address challenges collaboratively.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Technical expertise in Cloud Architecture, guiding clients from hands-on implementation to strategic planning.
- Advanced knowledge of the Business Technology Platform across various domains.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- A willingness to travel up to 30% and adapt to diverse business cultures.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with a background in Software Engineering, Project Management, Customer Engagement, or Consulting.
- Familiarity with the SAP Cloud Portfolio and similar Hyperscaler PaaS Solutions.
