Customer Success Partner for Business Technology Platform

Role Overview:
This position is centered on ensuring our clients effectively adopt and derive value from their investment in the SAP Business Technology Platform. This includes offerings in Application Development, Integration, Data Analytics, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence.
The Customer Success Partner (CSP) plays a pivotal role in engaging with our most strategic customers, overseeing their journey from contract signing onward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate customer onboarding and assist in identifying use cases.
- Guide project initiation and provide architecture and governance coaching.
- Manage relationships post-launch and oversee renewal negotiations.
- Drive value realization by proactively engaging customers after the sale.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, conducting workshops and webinars.
- Oversee the customer renewal process, ensuring a seamless opportunity-to-win cycle.
Team Dynamics:
The BTP CSP team is dedicated to mutual support and collective success. We foster a culture of sharing best practices and utilizing communication tools to assist one another.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Technical expertise in Cloud Architecture and experience guiding customers through various stages of technical engagement.
- Advanced knowledge of the Business Technology Platform across multiple domains.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A willingness to travel as required, adapting to diverse business practices.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT sector, with a background in Software Engineering, Project Management, or Customer Engagement.
- Familiarity with the SAP Cloud Portfolio and similar Hyperscaler PaaS Solutions.
