Role Summary:
The primary goal of this position is to assist our clients in effectively adopting, utilizing, and renewing their investments in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Cloud solutions, which encompass SAP Platform, Databases, Data Management, and Analytics.
As part of the SAP Platform & Technologies Customer Success Partner team, you will engage with leading-edge SAP solutions and support our most strategic SAP BTP Cloud clientele.
Your responsibilities will include managing daily customer interactions from the point of contract signing onward.
In this role, you will enhance customer experiences through product onboarding, identifying use cases, initiating projects, providing architecture and governance guidance, offering project support, managing post-launch relationships, and negotiating renewals.
Your focus will be on driving value realization for our clients, ensuring they derive maximum benefit from their SAP Business Technology Platform Cloud Solutions.
You will possess the ability to grasp the broader context and assist in managing escalations or critical situations.
As a trusted technical advisor, you will conduct 'To-Be' solution vision workshops, share best practices, host VIP webinars, and facilitate re-platforming discussions with clients.
Retention will be a key focus as you oversee the customer renewal process, executing the entire opportunity-to-win cycle, including CRM, pricing, revenue recognition, legal considerations, and forecasting.
Utilizing your relationship-building skills, you will cultivate a network of colleagues and customer-facing personnel to support your assigned accounts, including Account Executives, Product Management, Support, Deals Desk, Implementation Services, and Partners.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have a technical software background with exposure to cloud-based platform technologies such as analytics, databases, and/or cloud platforms, enabling them to articulate their value and possess a solid understanding of their technical workings.
Additionally, you should have the capability to connect technology with business needs and outcomes, effectively communicating the value a specific solution can provide in achieving business objectives.
Experience with SAP cloud solutions, including SAP BTP, SAP HANA Databases (Cloud), SAP BUILD, and SAP Analytics Cloud is advantageous.
Exceptional communication (both verbal and written), presentation, program management, and organizational skills are essential, particularly in a customer-facing context.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT industry is required, with backgrounds in Software Engineering, Development Management, Project/Product Management, Pre-sales, Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Preferred Care, Consulting, or similar fields being preferred.
Compensation Transparency:
SAP is committed to pay transparency, believing it fosters an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward ensuring pay equity.
The annualized compensation range for this position, inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target, is $75,000 - $97,700 (USD).
The actual offer will be determined based on various factors, including education, skills, experience, role scope, and location, as assessed during the selection process.
Any variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, with actual payouts dependent on both company and individual performance.
