Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales avenues for industrial power generation systems, emphasizing generators from leading brands.
- Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, outreach, referrals, and participation in industry events.
- Assess customer requirements and propose suitable generator solutions to fulfill their power demands.
- Craft and present compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client specifications.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries, including construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and data centers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, serving as the primary contact throughout the sales process and post-sale.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover opportunities for additional sales or upgrades.
- Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Examine market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to pinpoint new sales opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted sales campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, product innovations, and generator technology developments.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of industrial power generation systems, especially generators from leading brands.
- Understand the technical specifications, features, and advantages of various generator models and effectively communicate these to clients.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate product selection and configuration for customer applications.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details in the company's CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries for management review.
- Ensure all sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and purchase orders, is complete and adheres to company policies.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales, ideally within the power generation sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of industrial generators, particularly those from leading manufacturers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for building rapport with clients and closing deals.
- Capability to comprehend complex technical information and convey it in an accessible manner.
- Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools.
- Licenses & Certifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
