    • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries, including construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and data centers.

  • Market Analysis & Strategy:
    • Examine market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to pinpoint new sales opportunities and refine sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted sales campaigns and promotional initiatives.
    • Stay updated on industry advancements, product innovations, and generator technology developments.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of industrial power generation systems, especially generators from leading brands.
    • Understand the technical specifications, features, and advantages of various generator models and effectively communicate these to clients.
    • Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate product selection and configuration for customer applications.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details in the company's CRM system.
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries for management review.
    • Ensure all sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and purchase orders, is complete and adheres to company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales, ideally within the power generation sector.
    • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of industrial generators, particularly those from leading manufacturers.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for building rapport with clients and closing deals.
    • Capability to comprehend complex technical information and convey it in an accessible manner.
    • Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Licenses & Certifications:
