Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare meeting minutes and assign tasks.
  • Manage our basic accounting system and make entries as needed.
  • Order office supplies and stationery.
  • Maintain internal databases and perform data entry.
  • Keep employee records up to date.
  • Process new employee onboarding.
  • Maintain a filing system for project and customer data.
  • Prepare regular reports and ensure timely distribution.
  • Organize and store company documents as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Administrator or in a relevant role.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and skills.
  • Understanding of office policies and procedures.
  • Experience with office management tools, particularly MS Office software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
